The China-Japan Symposium on Visual Computing will take place at Hunan University, situated at the foot of Yuelu Mountain and on the west bank of the rippling Xiangjiang River in the historical and cultural city, Changsha.

Hunan University is located 33 km from Huanghua International Airport. Taxis are available at the airport; the cost is about RMB 100 Yuan, and the journey takes about 40 minutes.
A shuttle bus also runs between the airport and the Civil Aviation Hotel (民航大酒店), from where it takes about 30 minutes by taxi to reach Hunan University, or 20 minutes to Fenglin Hotel.
从长沙火车站可以乘坐202路，旅1和立珊专线到达【岳麓山南】站下车，从东方红广场向南走路3分钟左右，左手第二栋教学楼是复临舍。
从火车站乘坐出租车约需30分钟左右。
